Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage customer interactions, ensure smooth service delivery, and support operational coordination within the logistics domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and be able to handle queries professionally in both Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Support customers throughout the service process and maintain a positive experience.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
- Escalate critical concerns to the relevant teams when required.
- Work closely with operations and support functions to ensure process efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fresher to 2 years of experience.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Good domain knowledge in logistics, Import and Export, Freight Forwarding.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work on weekends as per business requirements.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-handling ability.
Shift Timings
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- Candidate must be flexible for shift changes based on business needs.
Compensation
- CTC Range: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month
