We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and responsible Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should be excellent at handling clients, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the internal team. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle day-to-day communication with clients regarding ongoing projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Schedule meetings, collect client requirements, and provide regular project updates.
- Resolve client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain project reports, timelines, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, or Project Coordination (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools is preferred.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
