- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Update customer information regularly.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Generate basic reports on customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams.
- Ensure customer data is accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
