Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Jr. Planner with hands-on experience in Primavera P6 for a large-scale Semiconductor Project at Sanand, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls for industrial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
- Monitor project progress and track planned vs. actual performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Generate S-Curves, manpower histograms, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with site execution teams to collect progress updates.
- Identify delays, critical activities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in project review meetings and milestone tracking.
- Support project management team in planning and project control activities.
- Maintain schedule revisions and project planning documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–6 years of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling.
- Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (Mandatory).
- Experience in Industrial Construction Projects (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of project controls, scheduling techniques, and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of WBS, Critical Path Method (CPM), Resource Planning, and Progress Monitoring.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
