Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot)
Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub activities
- Create, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
- Build lead nurturing sequences, drip campaigns, and lifecycle automation
- Configure lead routing, ownership mapping, and pipeline workflows
- Maintain CRM data hygiene, duplicate management, and user administration
- Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and pipeline metrics
- Perform audience segmentation and personalization for targeted campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, CTR, and engagement metrics
- Monitor and troubleshoot email deliverability issues including DNS, DKIM, and SPF
- Integrate third-party tools such as Zapier, Klenty, Unbounce, Bombora, calendars, and other marketing platforms
- Collaborate with sales, content, design, and marketing teams for campaign alignment
- Support HubSpot CMS website updates and landing page management
- Create and maintain process documentation for CRM workflows and automation
- Analyze campaign data and provide optimization recommendations
