Job Description
We are hiring a Machine Maintenance Technician / Engineer for our Foundry Unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth operation of all production machinery to ensure minimum breakdowns and maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of foundry machines.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in production equipment.
- Maintain machines such as molding machines, shot blasting machines, conveyors, mixers, compressors, pumps, cranes, and other plant equipment.
- Ensure smooth machine operation and minimize downtime.
- Assist in installation, alignment, and commissioning of machines.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and spare parts records.
- Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in machine maintenance in foundry or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues independently.
- Willingness to work in shifts and attend breakdown maintenance when required.
