We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team at Skilzon.
Responsibilities
- Guide students about courses and career opportunities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interaction
- Follow up with leads and support admissions process
- Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly
- Maintain student records and daily reports
- Coordinate with academic and sales teams
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to handle students professionally
- Experience in counselling/sales is preferred (1-2 years)
