About the Role
We are looking for energetic and ambitious professionals to join our sales team as Tyre Retread Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the tyre retread segment within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers in the tyre retread market.
Develop and maintain relationships with fleet owners, transporters, logistics companies, and tyre dealers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and market trends.
Promote tyre retread solutions and educate customers on cost-saving benefits.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and order closures.
Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth order execution.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
Gather competitor information and provide market feedback to management.
Candidate Profile
6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Automotive Sales, or Tyre Industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
Comfortable with extensive field travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools will be an advantage.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred but not mandatory.
