As an Infra. Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow platforms. Responsibilities
Design and implement infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow platforms to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM HRSD FSM and CSM.
Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM to maintain accurate and reliable data for decision-making.
Provide technical guidance and support for ServiceNow APM and GRC implementations ensuring compliance and risk management.
Lead the strategic planning and execution of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management initiatives to align with organizational goals.
Analyze and optimize existing infrastructure processes to improve service delivery and reduce operational costs.
Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure performance and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address infrastructure-related challenges and opportunities.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards in infrastructure design and implementation.
Monitor emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow and infrastructure management to drive innovation.
Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower team members and stakeholders with ServiceNow capabilities.
Support the hybrid work model by ensuring infrastructure solutions are adaptable and secure for remote and on-site operations.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management and ITSM demonstrating a deep understanding of these platforms.
Have a strong background in ServiceNow HRSD FSM and CSM with proven ability to integrate and optimize these modules.
Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM ensuring data accuracy and reliability for informed decision-making.
Experience with ServiceNow APM and GRC showcasing skills in compliance and risk management.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
