We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to handle guest interactions, check-ins/outs, reservations, and ensure smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong guest-handling abilities, and basic knowledge of hotel software (preferably Ezee).
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with all guests.
- Manage front desk procedures, daily reports, and shift checklists.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and guest communication efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of guests, bookings, and room allocations.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area is clean and presentable at all times.
- Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications in Ezee/other PMS.
- Prepare bills, process payments, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status updates.
- Liaise with F&B, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Communicate guest requirements clearly and follow up to ensure fulfillment.
- Maintain proper handover reports between shifts.
- Follow hotel SOPs, policies, and grooming standards.
- Uphold safety, security, and service quality benchmarks.
- Ensure confidentiality of guest information.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive/Associate in hotels.
- Knowledge of Ezee PMS or similar hotel software.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong interpersonal skills and guest service mindset.
- Good knowledge of billing, reservations, and check-in/out processes.
- Presentable, confident, and well-groomed.
- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours.
- Problem-solving and guest recovery skills.
- Knowledge of upselling rooms and services.
