## Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage daily logistics and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling cargo movement, packing coordination, and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
## Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate inbound and outbound cargo operations
* Supervise cargo handling, loading, unloading, and packing activities
* Ensure proper packaging and safe handling of shipments
* Monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines
* Coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and clients
* Maintain inventory and shipment records accurately
* Prepare operational reports and documentation
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
* Resolve operational issues and delays efficiently
* Support daily warehouse and logistics activities
## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
* Experience in logistics, cargo handling, warehouse, or operations preferred
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
## Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in cargo, freight forwarding, or warehouse operations
* Knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage
