- Ensure quality of incoming materials and products through out production realization process as per defined Quality Assurance plan
- Define, document, implement and monitor processes and systems in line with ISO 9001.
- Create and maintain culture of zero defect quality in the supply chain and organization
- Identify root cause of defects and implement corrective actions
- Ensure zero defect products by using proactive quality methods (FMEA, Control plans)
- Analysis and reporting of internal, supplier defects and customer complaints
- Accountable for Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, coordinate with certification body for audits
- Conduct product, process, system audits to check the effectiveness of the system and coordinate with Department heads for required actions and improvement.
- Supplier evaluation, reevaluation and audits
- Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements
- Resolve production process issues and escalate issues to Department heads immediately
- Communication with customers for any quality related observation/ concerns or any quality certificate/document needs.
- Conduct Monthly Quality Management reviews, prepare and present Quality related charts and analysis
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
