SVLL is seeking a Business Process Analyst to lead the analysis, optimization, and
digital transformation of warehouse and logistics operations which is currently under
mature state.
The ideal candidate understands logistics operations, process improvement, data
analysis, and business systems, and can translate operational challenges into scalable
technology solutions.
This role will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Engineering Lead and
Operations Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Process Mapping & Improvement
- Study existing warehouse and logistics workflows across SVLL facilities
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies
- Define future-state processes aligned with growth and automation objectives
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
Business Requirements & Technology Enablement
- Gather requirements from warehouse, operations, finance, and customer teams
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technology
team
- Support development of WMS, dashboards, integrations, and automation workflows
- Ensure technology solutions are aligned with operational realities
Data & Performance Analytics
- Define operational KPIs and business metrics
- Build reporting frameworks for warehouse productivity, SLA compliance, inventory accuracy, and customer performance
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization through data analysis
Customer & Integration Readiness
- Participate in onboarding of new enterprise customers
- Understand customer-specific process requirements
- Support ERP, WMS, and partner integration projects
- Ensure smooth transition from customer requirements to system implementation
Automation & Transformation
- Evaluate opportunities for robotics, automation, AI, and digital workflows
- Work closely with automation partners and technology vendors
- Support SVLL's roadmap toward smart warehouses and global best practices
Must-Have Experience
- 4–8 years experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, business analysis, or
Process excellence
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes
- Experience documenting business requirements and process flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
