Ristara Foods Pvt. Ltd., through Babai Tiffins, is rapidly expanding across Bangalore and beyond. We are building a scalable restaurant business focused on authentic Andhra vegetarian cuisine and operational excellence.
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end execution of new restaurant projects from site handover to store launch, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and as per brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end new store opening (NSO) projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Review & approve architectural, interior, kitchen, MEP, HVAC, signage, and 3D drawings. Oversee civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen installation works.
- Track project timelines, budgets, quality, and vendor performance.
- Drive statutory approvals, utility connections, and pre-opening readiness.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve execution issues, and ensure timely handover to operations.
Candidate Profile
1. 5–8 years of experience in project execution, store development, construction, retail, QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or commercial fit-outs.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
3. Strong understanding of civil works, interiors, MEP, HVAC, and commercial kitchen setups.
4. Ability to review technical drawings, BOQs, costing, and budgets.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
6. Strong planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
