Key Account Manager – Enterprise IT Solutions (B2B
Hardware)
Role Overview
We are hiring Key Account Managers to drive enterprise and mid-market account growth
across multiple regions in India. This role is ideal for candidates with strong B2B IT hardware/ infrastructure sales experience, looking to work on OEM-led solution selling and high-growth accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new B2B accounts within the assigned
territory
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling IT infrastructure solutions
- Build strong relationships with IT managers, procurement teams, and business
stakeholders
- Sell laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, storage, networking, and peripherals
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Drive deal closures in the range of 10L – 75L
- Collaborate with OEM partners such as HP, Dell, and Lenovo for pricing and solutions
- Maintain strong pipeline, forecasting, and CRM tracking
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B IT hardware / IT infrastructure sales
- Experience working with OEMs like HP, Dell, Lenovo
- Proven ability to close 10L+ deals
- Strong understanding of corporate / SMB sales environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Compensation
8 – 10 LPA (Fixed + performance incentives)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
