Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Engineer (HVAC) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to drive sales, develop client relationships, and promote HVAC solutions in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge combined with sales and marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the HVAC segment
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales orders
Meet consultants, architects, builders, contractors, and end clients
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, campaigns, and promotions
Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports
Qualifications & Skills:
BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC sales & marketing
Strong understanding of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, AHUs, DX, etc.)
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Requirements, Experience working in the Hyderabad HVAC market
Existing network with consultants, builders, or MEP contractors,
