About the Role Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) governance and execution tracking, ensuring clear visibility into project scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items, driven by recent policy and regulatory changes in the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for initiatives driven by policy and regulatory changes
- Manage issues and risks with good RAID management expertise and a blend of RCAM
- Manage the integrated project plan to augment the current team
- Manage all communications to Senior Leadership Team (SLT), project teams, and stakeholders
- Execute workstream execution for projects
- Track and monitor progress and unblock issues
- Analyze and solve problems with attention to detail and anticipation of downstream impacts
Requirements
- Manage projects with 8–12+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or business transformation
- Utilize experience in the healthcare domain
- Apply strong project planning skills
- Leverage strong communication skills
- Proficiently use MS Tools, MS Project, PPT, and memo communications
Good to Have
- PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project/program management certification
