Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The candidate should be capable of managing projects from planning to execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
- Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors efficiently.
- Ensure timely project delivery within budget.
- Use project management and engineering software for planning and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred).
- 10+ years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, STAAD Pro, and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
