Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Tour & Travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting enquiries into bookings, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to provide customised travel solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Keep up to date with travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of sales experience in the travel and tourism industry (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling holiday packages, group tours, corporate travel, or visa services.
- Knowledge of GDS systems and travel booking platforms is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
