About the Project
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Soft Skills Trainer for a CSR-funded skill development initiative focused on enhancing employability, workplace readiness, and communication skills among youth and job seekers. The trainer will play a key role in preparing candidates for interviews, workplace culture, and professional growth through interactive and practical training sessions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication abilities, training expertise, and the passion to work on community and youth empowerment programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging soft skills and employability training sessions.
- Conduct classroom activities, role plays, group discussions, and mock interviews.
- Train candidates on communication, personality development, and workplace behavior.
- Prepare training plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students for interview preparation and career readiness.
- Monitor student participation, attendance, and performance.
- Maintain training reports and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams and placement departments.
- Ensure achievement of training quality standards and CSR project objectives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Soft Skills or Employability training.
- Prior experience in CSR, NGO, Skill Development, or Education sector preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse learner groups.
- Knowledge of placement readiness and interview techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
Preferred Skills
- Fluent communication in English and local language.
- Experience conducting mock interviews and group activities.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Report writing and documentation abilities.
- Passion for youth development and social impact initiatives.
Key Deliverables
- Successful completion of assigned training batches.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
