About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Shopify Manager to lead and manage our Shopify-based e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, optimizing website performance, managing product catalogs, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Store Management
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of Shopify stores.
- Ensure website functionality, performance, and user experience are optimized.
- Create and manage collections, product listings, variants, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Monitor store health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers for technical enhancements.
E-commerce Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV).
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
- Drive website optimization initiatives through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Identify growth opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Product & Catalog Management
- Manage large product catalogs with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Ensure timely product launches and inventory synchronization.
- Maintain data accuracy across all sales channels.
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams on paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, and social media campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launches.
- Coordinate with creative teams for banners, landing pages, and website content updates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics including:
- Revenue
- Conversion Rate
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights to improve store performance.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor e-commerce executives and coordinators.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, agencies, and third-party app partners.
- Manage relationships with logistics, payment gateway, and technology vendors.
Customer Experience & Operations
- Ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment workflows.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Optimize checkout experience and reduce cart abandonment rates.
Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have
- 5–8+ years of experience in Shopify and e-commerce management.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, Shopify Plus, and Shopify ecosystem apps.
- Experience managing stores with significant monthly revenue volumes.
- Strong understanding of CRO, SEO, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Shopify Admin
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Ads
- Klaviyo / Email Marketing Platforms
- Shopify Apps & Integrations
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Preferred
- Experience in Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, D2C, or Marketplace businesses.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Liquid, and Shopify theme customization.
- Experience with international e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.
