About Position:
We are seeking a Systems Operations Engineer to support Application Security and Production Support initiatives within a dynamic enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Cyber Security Operations, Security Monitoring, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response, ensuring the stability, availability, and security of critical business applications and infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

Monitor and support enterprise application and production environments.

Perform security event monitoring, incident investigation, threat analysis, and response activities.

Manage and track application, infrastructure, and platform vulnerabilities.

Analyze security logs, alerts, and events using monitoring and SIEM tools.
-
Support day-to-day Security Operations Center (SOC) activities.
-
Conduct vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and risk mitigation activities.

Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to identify and resolve security issues.
-
Support application security reviews and compliance initiatives.
-
Investigate security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
-
Monitor application performance, availability, and security posture.
-
Recommend and implement security improvements and operational best practices.
-
Maintain security documentation, operational procedures, and audit artifacts.

Participate in incident response, threat hunting, and continuous monitoring activities.
Expertise You'll Bring:

5 to 8 years of experience in Systems Operations, Application Security, Cyber Security, or SOC Operations roles.

Strong expertise in Application Security principles and secure application operations.

Hands-on experience working in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments.

Strong knowledge of Cyber Security concepts, controls, and best practices.

Experience with Threat Monitoring, Security Incident Detection, and Response.
-
Proven experience managing Vulnerability Management programs.

Strong understanding of application and infrastructure security risks.
-
Experience supporting enterprise production environments and business-critical applications.
-
Hands-on experience with SIEM and monitoring platforms.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and investigative capabilities.

Experience with security event management, log analysis, and alert triage.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on experience with Splunk Monitoring and log analytics.

Knowledge of Security Analytics and threat intelligence practices.

Experience working with Web Application Firewalls (WAF).

Familiarity with F5 Load Balancers and traffic management solutions.

Strong understanding of Network Security concepts and controls.
-
Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.

Experience supporting cloud-based security environments.
-
Familiarity with compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks
