A dynamic, results-oriented, and performance-driven professional is required for the position of General Manager (Operations) at corporate office to remotely drive (stationed at corporate office) all mining operations, optimize resources on daily basis with clear and strong coordination with all sections/departments.
The candidate should have tremendous capabilities to fix the site issues on day to day basis while leading from the front from corporate office.
The applicant will be responsible for managing and coordinating operations across multiple project sites, resolving daily operational challenges, and ensuring alignment between site teams and corporate objectives. A key focus of the role will be to improve mining productivity, enhance fleet utilization, reduce cost per tonne, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
The position requires strong experience in managing metal/coal mines at the operational level, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and implement best-in-class mining practices.
The ideal candidate should have substantial mining industry experience, including 10+ years of field operations experience, complemented by exposure to corporate management and multi-site operations. The position is based in Durg, Chhattisgarh, with at least one field trip per month across other project locations.
Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
