Role Summary – General Manager Operations (Mining)
A dynamic, results-oriented, and performance-driven professional is required for the position of General Manager (Operations) at corporate office to remotely monitor (stationed at corporate office) all mining operations, optimize resources on daily basis with clear and strong coordination with all sections/departments.
The candidate should have tremendous capabilities to fix the site issues, critical crisis management on day to day basis.
The applicant will be responsible for managing and coordinating operations across multiple project sites, resolving daily operational challenges, and ensuring alignment between site teams and corporate objectives.
The candidate must currently be positioned at corporate (Head office) level serving distinguished/well-regarded position (GM/equivalent) and must be governing complex/top priority tasks viz., procurement, sales.
The ideal candidate should have substantial mining experience, including 10+ years of field operations experience, complemented by exposure to corporate management and multi-site operations (10 years). The position is based in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
Mandatory Skills:
Academic Credentials (Qualifications): B.E. / B.Tech (Core)
Nice-to-have skills:
MBA: Supply Chain Management/ Project/Operations Management/ General Management.
Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
