Job Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with exposure to the PEB, Structural Steel, HVAC Ducting, or Air Distribution Products industry. The candidate will be responsible for procurement of raw materials, consumables, project materials, vendor development, purchase negotiations, and ensuring timely material availability for production and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Purchasing
- Procure steel coils, HR/CR sheets, GI sheets, structural steel, roofing sheets, insulation materials, fasteners, hardware, HVAC accessories, dampers, grilles, diffusers, and project-related materials.
- Float RFQs, collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and finalize suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order execution.
Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network across India.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers for cost optimization and quality improvement.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations.
- Maintain vendor records and agreements.
Inventory & Coordination
- Coordinate with production, planning, stores, and project teams regarding material requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory management.
- Prevent material shortages and production delays.
- Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers for timely dispatch.
Cost Control & Documentation
- Achieve cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiation.
- Prepare purchase MIS reports and procurement analysis.
- Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with accounts for payment processing.
- Maintain all procurement records and documentation.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure procured materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams regarding material approvals and inspections.
- Resolve supplier quality and delivery issues.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2 to 6 years of experience in procurement within:
- PEB Industry
- Structural Steel Industry
- HVAC Ducting Manufacturing
- Air Distribution Products Industry
- Industrial Construction / EPC Projects
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of steel, sheet metal, HVAC accessories, and construction materials.
- Experience in vendor development and procurement negotiations.
- Understanding of technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and material schedules.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and procurement software.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple vendors.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with hands-on procurement experience in PEB Manufacturing, HVAC Ducting, Air Distribution Products, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Structural Steel, Roofing Systems, and Industrial Construction Projects will be given preference. Experience in sourcing materials such as GI Sheets, HR/CR Coils, Structural Steel Sections, PUF Insulation, Fasteners, Grilles, Diffusers, Dampers, and HVAC Accessories is highly desirable.
