Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
