Job Overview:
We are hiring a US Functional Consultant to support business operations and client interactions. This role focuses on understanding client requirements, providing functional support, and ensuring smooth communication with US-based stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with US clients to understand business requirements
- Provide functional support and assist in issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain clear documentation of client requirements and updates
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Tech / BCA / BBA / Any Graduate
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
- Prior call center / customer support experience is a plus
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
- Comfortable working in US night shift

Additional Information:

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
