Head – Safety (Instrumentation)
Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering + PDIS (Mandatory)
Industry: Manufacturing / Metals / Mining / Heavy Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Lead instrumentation safety programs and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JSA), safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Ensure adherence to PTW, LOTO, confined space, and work-at-height safety procedures.
- Develop and implement safety policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
- Deliver safety training and promote a strong safety culture across teams.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, projects, and contractors to ensure safe work practices.
- Monitor safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ISO 45001, HIRA, JSA, PTW, LOTO, and incident investigation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in safety audits, reporting, and team management.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
