We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. The role involves assisting senior architects in design development, preparing detailed drawings, creating 3D visualizations, and coordinating on-site execution. The candidate should be enthusiastic about both design and site management, with strong technical skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in concept development, schematic design, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations using tools like SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or Revit.
- Support in preparing working drawings, construction details, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Conduct regular site visits for supervision, quality checks, and progress reporting.
- Provide design and technical support during all project phases.
- Assist in material research, selection, and sample boards.
- Ensure project documentation and drawings are updated and organized.
