We are looking for a detail-oriented Draftsman to translate architectural concepts into precise, execution-ready 2D working drawings, layout plans, and technical construction documentation for commercial workspace projects.

Technical Drafting: Prepare accurate 2D AutoCAD working drawings, layout plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery/millwork drawings.

Services & MEP Overlay: Coordinate and integrate Services/MEP layout drawings (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Low Voltage) with architectural plans.

GFC Issuance & Site Support: Prepare and issue Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, address site queries, and update drawing revisions alongside Project Managers and Site Engineers.

As-Built Documentation: Prepare final As-Built drawing packages upon project completion, incorporating all on-site modifications.

Standards & BOQ Support: Assist estimation teams with accurate drawing measurements and ensure strict adherence to company drafting standards and building codes.

Software: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D). Hands-on experience with Revit (BIM) or 3D SketchUp is a plus.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial interior execution details, partition systems, false ceilings, flooring, and material joinery.

Skills: High accuracy, speed, strong spatial understanding, and ability to read complex architectural and structural drawings.
