- Actively identify and qualify potential business opportunities through cold calling, professional networking, and strategic follow-ups on marketing leads.
- Conduct client discoveries to understand their unique needs, problems, or pain points, and present tailored product or service solutions.
- Guide new clients seamlessly through the initial setup, welcome phase, or registration process to ensure a positive first impression.
- Maintain a regular communication loop with existing accounts via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings to assess their satisfaction level.
- Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall client experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Proactively check in with clients to understand their ongoing needs, resolve grievances, and ensure high satisfaction rates.
