Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, finance) for smooth transactions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
