We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT services projects across multiple domains. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, client management, and execution rigor to ensure successful delivery aligned with business and client objectives.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project ownership, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery while optimizing resources, timelines, and budgets.
- End-to-End Project Ownership
Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality benchmarks.
- Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, proactively addressing technical and delivery-related challenges.
- Technical Leadership & Guidance
Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders by providing clear direction, solution insights, and decision-making support.
- Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Team Leadership & Resource Management
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and designers. Ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization across projects.
- Delivery Governance & Performance Tracking
Monitor project health using KPIs, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to SLAs and delivery standards.
- Tools & Process Optimization
Implement and drive best practices using tools like Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms to ensure efficient workflows and transparency.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; drive timely resolution of technical and operational issues.
- Reporting & Communication
Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and agile methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
7–10+ years of experience in project management within IT services or software development environments, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and modern architectures.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or equivalent.
