Job Overview
Dica An Deco Interior is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Interior Designer Cum Sales professional with a passion for design and a proven ability to convert leads into successful projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in client handling, sales, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Create innovative interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and project cost estimates.
- Present design proposals and close sales opportunities.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Coordinate with execution teams, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and provide design solutions during project execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after project completion.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 4* years of experience* in interior designing with sales experience.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and current interior design trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
