At SOBOXPERT Real Estate Advisory, we’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on exposure to Mumbai’s redevelopment and land acquisition market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and source Redevelopment Society opportunities.
* Source Open Land Parcels for development.
* Generate Joint Venture (JV), Joint Development (JD), and Development Management (DM) opportunities.
* Conduct market research and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
* Prepare presentations, feasibility reports, and MIS for management.
* Coordinate with developers, landowners, societies, and key stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate (Mandatory)
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Self-driven, analytical, and eager to build a career in real estate
