Role Overview
Eduport is looking for a high-energy Content Operations Coordinator to be the "engine room" of our digital presence. This is an entry-to-mid-level role designed for a digital native who understands the mechanics of virality and the logisticsof creative production. You will bridge the gap between trending ideas and finished assets, assigning tasks to our creative team (designers/editors) while ensuring our community engagement remains top-tier. Your mission: turn Eduport into a dominant voice in the education space.
Key Responsibilities

Creative Workflow Management: Translate "big ideas" and trending topics into clear briefs and assignments for our internal creative team (video editors and graphic designers).

Trend Hunting& Virality: Constantly monitor platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to identify emerging hooks and formats that Eduport can pivot to in real-time.

Platform Orchestration: Manage the daily posting schedule and lifecycle of content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to ensure maximum reach.

Community Growth & Engagement: Drive follower growth by managing high-level engagement—responding to comments, DMs, and sparking conversations that boost the algorithm.

Performance Tracking: Analyze page metrics and reach; provide the team with "what’s working" reports to iterate on our creative strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Communications, Business, or a related field (though a proven track record of results beats a degree).

Digital Fluency:1–2 years of experience managing social media or content workflows. You must "speak" the language of Reels, Carousels, and Shorts.

The "Creator" Edge: Highly Preferred: Candidates who have personally built and managed a social media page or community. We value those who have "done it" themselves.

Organizational Chops: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and give clear, constructive direction to creative talent without losing the "vibe."
