Hiring: Business Development Manager – Technology & Digital Solutions
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Experience: 3–5 years
Salary: ₹35,000-50,000 per month + performance based incentives
Sanket Communications a leading Adtech company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our technology and digital solutions vertical.
Key Areas:
- Websites and web platforms
- Mobile and custom applications
- AI solutions, automation and digital transformation
- Games, AR/VR and interactive experiences
- Custom software and technology-led solutions
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Meet clients, understand requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions
- Work with technical and creative teams to develop proposals and pitches
- Build relationships with corporate, government, PSU and institutional clients
- Manage opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation and closure
- Identify relevant tenders, RFPs and partnership opportunities
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
- Prior experience in IT, software, SaaS, digital solutions or technology services preferred
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technology concepts and translate client requirements into business opportunities
- Experience in enterprise, government or PSU sales will be an advantage
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field preferred. MBA or equivalent management qualification will be an advantage.
