About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to manage and grow relationships with affluent banking customers. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about customer engagement, sales, and delivering exceptional banking experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers as their primary point of contact.
- Manage a portfolio of customers and achieve growth, revenue, and customer service KPIs.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and solutions.
- Drive customer engagement through Mobile Banking, Net Banking, Bill Payments, SIPs, Insurance, Investments, Retail Loans, SME Loans, and other banking offerings.
- Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver customized financial solutions.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with digital banking platforms and financial products.
- Prior experience in Banking, BFSI, Relationship Management, Sales, Wealth Management, Customer Service, or Financial Services is preferred.
