We are currently looking for a Travel Consultant who enjoys interacting with people and helping them plan their perfect holiday. If you love travel and enjoy helping people plan their holidays, this role is perfect for you.
Role Overview
As a Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning their trips, provide destination guidance, and coordinate travel arrangements with our partners. This is an office-based role focused on client consultation and travel planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Understand travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages
- Prepare customized travel itineraries for clients
- Maintain client records and booking details
- Follow up with clients regarding travel plans and confirmations
- Provide accurate information about destinations and travel services
Who Can Apply
- Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism background preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in travel and tourism
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Training will be provided.
