About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order processing, warehouse coordination, inventory management, courier operations, and customer support while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management
- Process and monitor daily orders across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Ensure timely order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for accurate order fulfillment.
- Track pending, cancelled, and delayed orders.
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory across all sales channels.
- Coordinate stock inward and outward movement.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and prevent stock mismatches.
- Plan replenishment based on sales trends.
Courier & Logistics Management
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries.
- Resolve shipment delays, lost shipments, and RTO cases.
- Monitor courier performance and delivery timelines.
- Optimize shipping costs and delivery efficiency.
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp, chat, and phone.
- Resolve order-related issues including cancellations, replacements, returns, and refunds.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction with prompt and professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
Returns & Refunds
- Process return requests and quality checks.
- Manage refund and replacement workflows.
- Analyze return reasons and recommend improvements.
Marketplace Operations
- Update product listings and inventory.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and pricing updates.
- Monitor listing health and account performance.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily operational reports including:
- Orders received
- Orders dispatched
- Delivery %
- RTO %
- Pending orders
- Inventory status
- Maintain accurate operational records.
Process Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks.
- Suggest improvements to reduce delivery delays and returns.
- Maintain SOPs for smooth business operations.
Required Skills
- Experience with Shopify and major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Good understanding of warehouse and inventory management.
- Familiarity with courier aggregators such as Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Pickrr, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Experience in a D2C brand is preferred.
