- Identify new business opportunities across India and international markets.
- Develop new revenue streams for existing Vallabhi businesses.
- Identify commercially viable business ideas and convert them into executable projects.
- Build and maintain a strong business opportunity pipeline.
- Identify high-value clients, investors, institutional partners, developers, distributors and strategic partners.
- Generate and convert leads into actual business opportunities.
- Develop new markets, territories, customer segments and distribution channels.
- Take ownership of business development targets and revenue generation.
- Continuously explore opportunities that can generate ₹10 Cr, ₹50 Cr, ₹100 Cr+ business potential for the Group.
3. STRATEGIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The candidate will evaluate opportunities across Vallabhi's existing and proposed business verticals, including:
- Real Estate
- Financial Services / Fintech
- Healthcare / Diagnostics
- Import & Export
- Engineering Services
- Agro & Food Businesses
- Sustainability & Carbon Credits
- Fodder / Silage / Dairy Ecosystem
- Vermicompost / Biochar / Biogas
- Cow-based value-added products
- New businesses identified by Group Management
The candidate will:
- Conduct market opportunity assessments.
- Identify high-growth sectors.
- Analyse competitors and market gaps.
- Prepare business cases.
- Evaluate market size and profitability.
- Identify investment requirements.
- Estimate ROI, EBITDA potential and payback period.
- Recommend whether Vallabhi should Build, Buy, Partner, Invest or Acquire.
- Present recommendations directly to senior management.
4. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & ALLIANCES
Build strategic relationships with:
- Corporate houses
- Real estate developers
- Financial institutions
- Banks
- NBFCs
- Investors
- Private equity / venture capital funds
- Healthcare chains
- Technology companies
- Government agencies
- Exporters/importers
- International buyers
- Distribution partners
- Franchise partners

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships that can create long-term business value for Vallabhi.
5. DEAL MAKING & CLOSURE
The candidate must be a deal maker, not merely a relationship manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead commercial discussions.
- Structure business proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate due diligence.
- Prepare term sheets / commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal and Business Teams.
- Track negotiations until closure.
- Ensure successful conversion of opportunities into signed agreements / contracts / JVs / investments / business relationships.

6. NEW BUSINESS INCUBATION
The candidate will identify and develop new businesses for Vallabhi.
7. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
For Vallabhi Impex and other international opportunities:
- Identify export markets.
- Identify international buyers.
- Develop overseas partnerships.
- Identify distributors and agents.
- Explore international JV opportunities.
- Develop institutional export relationships.
- Explore sustainable and agricultural product export opportunities.
- Develop a long-term international business pipeline.

Develop relationships with:

Prepare periodic Business Opportunity Reports for the MD / Group CEO.
