Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Strategy & Operations Manager to work across multiple business functions and drive key initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating with different teams, and taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects across operations, marketing, sales, sourcing, and customer experience.
- Assist in planning and executing strategic business initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, follow up with teams, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Analyze business performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with leadership to execute high-priority projects.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders when required.
- Support the implementation of new business processes and operational improvements.
- Take ownership of special projects and ensure successful execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Operations, Business Strategy, Project Management, Consulting, Founder’s Office, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools is an added advantage.
