Role Summary
We are hiring a Travel Consultant who can understand client requirements, create accurate travel packages, coordinate with suppliers and help clients choose the right holiday with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create domestic and international tour packages with clear itineraries, inclusions and exclusions.
- Prepare quotations by comparing hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing and destination options.
- Speak with clients, understand budgets/preferences and suggest suitable destinations and packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, vendors, visa teams and internal operations for smooth bookings.
- Handle travel documents, visa document checklists, flight options and web check-ins where required.
- Maintain booking records, payment follow-ups, client details and package files accurately.
- Follow up with leads professionally and support sales closure without overpromising.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales, travel consulting, tour operations or package costing.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
- Ability to prepare accurate costings and communicate inclusions/exclusions clearly.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email and quotation preparation.
- Strong communication in English and Hindi. Gujarati is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working in a fast-moving travel environment.
- GDS knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
