Key Responsibilities
1. Field Sales & Business Development
· Conduct daily field visits to:
o Corporate gift suppliers
o Event & exhibition companies
o Advertising & branding agencies
o Uniform makers & bulk buyers
· Introduce Dutees brand, product range, and capabilities
· Explain:
o Ready stock availability (T-shirts, polos, hoodies, etc.)
o Custom order support (fabric, GSM, colours, printing, embroidery)
· Generate daily enquiries and leads from the field
2. Corporate Account Development
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate & B2B clients
· Identify recurring and bulk purchase opportunities
· Support customers with:
o Product selection
o Sampling coordination
o Price discussions (as per approved price list)
3. Coordination with C&F Agent
· Coordinate with C&F agent (Delhi ) for:
o Stock availability
o Order dispatch planning
o Delivery timelines
· Share daily visit outcomes and order requirements with C&F
· Ensure proper handover of orders, samples, and documents
4. Reporting & Documentation
· Submit daily field visit report to:
o Business Development Manager
o Concerned C&F Agent
· Update:
o Customer details
o Enquiry status
o Order progress
· Ensure all discussions, quotations, and follow-ups are properly documented
5. Order Support & Follow-ups
· Follow up with customers for:
o Order confirmation
o Payment coordination (as per company policy)
o Repeat business
· Support resolution of customer queries related to:
o Stock
o Dispatch
o Custom order timelines
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of daily field visits
- Number of new corporate accounts onboarded
- Monthly revenue achieved
- Conversion of enquiries to orders
- Repeat business from existing customers
- Reporting accuracy & discipline
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
