Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Engineer is responsible for the sales and marketing of industrial lubricant (oils, greases, specialty lubricants) as per assigned to you designated territory / Area. The ideal candidate have a excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Generate new business for industrial lubricants (oils, greases, specialty lubricants) in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential industrial customers and convert them into long-term clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits, understand their lubrication requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers for repeat sales.
- Coordinate with the logistics and technical teams for timely delivery and customer support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and maintain proper documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial lubricant sales.
- Strong technical understanding of lubricants and industrial applications (hydraulic oils, gear oils, compressor oils, etc.).
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide proper product solutions.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
- Willing to travel extensively for on-field sales activities.
- Two-wheeler (mandatory).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
