Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for non-IT roles across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for functions such as Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or other non-technical domains.
The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand workforce requirements, and ensure a seamless recruitment process while maintaining high-quality talent pipelines globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for global non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Handle international hiring processes and cross-border recruitment coordination.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate compensation packages and support offer management.
- Maintain recruitment reports, ATS records, and hiring metrics.
- Stay updated on global hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in non-IT recruitment or global talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Experience working with international clients or global hiring teams.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of international hiring practices and employment standards is preferred
Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹42,644.55 per month
