We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will act as the voice of our company, engaging with potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products/services. You must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, following sales scripts, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ultimately, your goal is to expand our customer base and increase company revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively identify potential customers through cold calling, referrals, and provided databases.
- Product Pitching: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of company products/services to prospective clients.
- Consultative Selling: Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and close sales deals over the phone.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and call volume targets.
- Account Management: Build and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell complementary products where possible.
- Objection Handling: Confidently handle customer rejections and address grievances gracefully to preserve the company's reputation
