About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Gen AI Engineer to join our AI team. As a Fresher Gen AI Engineer, you will work on developing, testing, and deploying Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and modern AI frameworks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies while working on real-world business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Generative AI applications using LLMs and AI frameworks.
- Build and optimize prompt engineering workflows for various use cases.
- Assist in developing RAG-based solutions using vector databases.
- Work with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and other AI providers.
- Design and test AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
- Evaluate model performance and improve response quality.
- Research emerging trends in Generative AI and recommend improvements.
- Document AI solutions, workflows, and technical specifications.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Knowledge of Python programming.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar.
- Understanding of APIs, REST services, and JSON.
- Knowledge of databases and basic SQL concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with projects involving ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or open-source LLMs.
- Understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience building personal, academic, or internship AI projects.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Recent graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
