- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and networking platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interview processes.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR discussion.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions with shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards for management review.
- Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and the college placement cell.
- Maintain database of colleges, student profiles, and campus hiring records.
- Conduct pre-placement talks and coordinate recruitment events.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
