Job Description:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Convert cold or warm real estate leads into active property buyers.
- On-Field Site Visits: Drive localized site visits for apartments, commercial layouts, or residential plots.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate final pricing, structure payment timelines, and close deals independently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Industry Background: Proven track record of hitting sales targets in the real estate sector.
- Field Capability: High comfort level with daily on-field travel and direct client face-to-face interactions.
- Local Network: Existing knowledge of Patna's property market trends, circle rates, and legal paperwork.
- Communication: Strong closing skills with fluent spoken Hindi and professional negotiation etiquette.
- Specialisation: Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
